Cara brings over 25 years of global experience across the US, Asia and Australia including CPO roles for ASX listed companies. She started Reil Human Resources in 2021 with a focus on HR Consulting and Coaching.
During her career she has worked across numerous industries with companies such as United Technologies Corporation, the Royal Bank of Scotland, AMP, Singtel, SAI Global, GWA Group and VBreathe. Cara has a proven ability to adapt to changing business priorities and develop pragmatic solutions that drive business performance. She and her team have won numerous regional and global HR awards for their work on Leadership Development, Talent Management, Culture and Engagement.
Cara has been recognised for the ability to develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies that support organisational growth and transformation. These efforts have led to improved performance, cost reductions, enhanced diversity and inclusion, increased employee retention and higher level of engagement. She has also played a key role in developing leadership programs and succession planning, ensuring a robust pipeline of future leaders within organisations. Her expertise extends to managing complex global HR functions, providing support and guidance to senior leadership teams, and reporting to boards and remuneration committees.

Cara holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from the Krannert Graduate School of Management at Purdue University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Denver.
